We charge a flat fee that is inclusive of all aspects of the sale from start to finish. We will come to meet with you in your home to see the scope of work and will give you a bid based on the amount of work we have to do, not on the value of the contents of the home. 

We feel we deserve to be paid for the work we do, not for the value of your belongings. We don't think we should be paid more just because you have nice things. We also feel you need to have choices. We want you to be able to change your mind about keeping or selling your belongings up to the day of the sale. 

We will get you in as soon as our schedule will allow. Sometimes we have immediate openings and sometimes we are booked for several months ahead. Our best advice is to call before you set a closing date on the sale of your home

All you need to do is take what you want along with all personal items like photos & personal papers. Please don't donate or throw anything away. We will throw away any unsalable items as we work and will arrange for a buyout of unsold items after we have held the sale. If we find photos or personal papers we'll save them for you.

Absolutely! It all belongs to you.

We try to price fair for both our clients and our customers. More than 30 years of experience has given us a good knowledge base of the Billings market. We spend many hours researching values on the internet and consulting with local experts. If you have a specific item you want a certain amount for just let us know and we'll do our best to get it for you. If we can't get your price you can keep your item

No, you do not. We have conducted many sales for those who do not live in Billings and can provide references at your request.
